Timothy Brown was born on June 11, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, to the union of the late Arthur Eugene and Rev. Gladys Mae Brown. He transitioned to his heavenly home the morning of April 30, 2022.

Tim lived in Rossford most of his life. He is a graduate of Rossford High School, and was inducted into the Rossford High School Athletic Hall of Fame for his basketball skills. Post high school, he attended Adrian College, Adrian, Michigan.

Tim was a member of the U.S. Army for four years, attaining a rank of SP4. He was a sharpshooter and computer/machine operator. He received the Good Conduct Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Army Achievement Medal. Tim was employed with Welch Publishing Company, in Rossford, for 17 years as a general laborer.

Tim was preceded into eternal life by his parents and three brothers, Eugene, Cornelius and Mark Brown. He leaves to witness and cherish his memory brothers, Rodney (Doris) Brown Sr., Stanley (Betty) Brown, Richard (Gracie) Brown, Lawrence (Pamela) Brown, Gilbert (Carrie) Brown Sr.; also, his devoted sisters, Phyllis Campbell, Christine (Orlando) Utley Maddox and Valerie (Michael) Murphy; nephews; nieces; cousins, and friends.
